Terms and Conditions
Rate
- we work a minimum of 2 hours each per person per job (ie minimum 4 hours total) and charge to the nearest 1/2 hour thereafter.
We will need to charge an out-of-area fee for any jobs outside our local area based on distance.
Plants - we source all plants from a reputable nursery but please be aware we cannot be responsible for any variations in plant quality.
Tools - we include the washing of our tools in our allotted time and require an outdoor tap on site.
Weather – we are careful not to undertake any work in freezing or waterlogged conditions to protect the plants and surrounding environment. If a job has to be cancelled due to poor weather we will contact you on the day, and endeavour to rearrange a mutually agreeable time.
Payment – we are happy to accept payment by cash, cheque for BACs on the day of work, we will send an invoice by email later for your records.
