(NB: no soft landscaping plans or drawings are provided unless agreed with client at additional cost. This is to keep costs down and usually we find our clients do not require it)
- cost of plants.
- cost of other materials eg soil improver, mulch etc (inc delivery).
- estimated cost of green waste removal, if applicable.
- estimated hourly rate for carrying out planting improvements inc collection and delivery of plants.
- quote for hard landscaping work from sub-contractor, if applicable.
- hard landscaping plan, if applicable (this cost is included in the proposal fee).
- site visits fee to oversee hard landscaping work, if applicable.
- Agree elements of proposal with client.
- Design, plotting, sourcing and ordering of plants.
- Delivery of plants to site.
- Overseeing of any hard landscaping work (ie 2 site visits), if applicable.
- Installation of aggregates, if applicable.
- Planting out.
